What rig is best given the future of mining?

Hey everybody, I’m here to ask about my next RVN/FLUX/(any new coin) crypto build. I’m debating doing a 12x 1660super/ti build or an 8x 3060ti build. I’m leaning towards the 3060ti for a number of reasons. First being it seems the 1660 cards are good at eth but lacking when it comes to other algorithms, especially KAPOW. The 3060ti’s are also a much newer and hence will hold better resale value into the future. However, they are a bit more expensive. Especially for non lhr versions. Anyways, OPINIONS????
