Noob sending USDC to binance

I use BSC a lot but not ETH and I want to send my USDC from Metamask to Binance, what's the cheapest way? When doing BSC I would usually send a small tester amount but that might depend of gas fees.

I have 0.015 ETH as well, would that be enough to cover the gas fees?
