RIP most of every paycheck I’ve received since starting my job this year…

So I graduated school in May after returning to college and got a pretty decent job closing in on the end of my 20s. Since then I’ve been investing a decent amount of my money into the crypto and stock market hoping to one day be able to roll my investments into buying a house (seeming like a further and further away goal every day)

I know all the top comments will be “dOnT iNeVeSt MoRe ThAn YoU’rE wIlLiNg To LoSe.” So I’ll just say F*ck you right now to get it out of the way.

I figured I might as well take some risks while I could still afford to. (Very common investment advice to young people in most investment communities I’ve seen on reddit). But can any working class person really afford any loss?

I know it’s immature to say but when the fed decided they’d dump 8.9T in assets across all markets this year that was pumped into the market with the money printer to prop up the economy during the pandemic, they are pretty much saying f*ck you to all the working class people.

They’ve effectively rug pulled everyone across all markets. People who have been investing in their retirement since they were younger who thought they’d retire in the next few years? Fed says f*ck you get back to work until you die.

They’ve made their money and will leave the rest of us to scramble to survive. Big F in chat for my fellow millennials who are about to face the 3rd financial collapse of their lives while the boomers criticizes us for buying too much avocado toast and coffee. I’m pouring one out to the forgotten generation.

Need to let some frustration out somewhere. Figured others here could relate. Here’s to holding to the ground in an attempt to afford to live in the future. Stay safe everyone. We’re in this shit together. It’s us against old money now. Just hope we all make it out of this alive.

Here’s to hoping things will turn around (or at least stop bleeding out) by the time I wake up or within the next couple day/weeks/months? Lol hopefully things don’t get bad enough that anyone here ends up in a bad living situation because of this sell off (crash?) My best wishes to everyone here. Even all the people shitting on me.
