What can I expect when mining RVN with a 2080 Super?

I've been mining ETH with my 2080 Super for quite some time now unless I'm gaming and I wanted to know how profitable it is in comparison.

I've overclocked and undervolted my card and with Ethash I get about:

~45MH/s at 115-125W powerdraw

Can I cap the power limit for mining RVN like with ETH? I do not have "free" electricity.
