Trying to reduce my rejected share to near 0 (T-Rex Miner/GTX 1080 Ti)

Preface: Using T-Rex Miner with GTX 1080 Ti @ ~205W/59C, +450 Mem Clock, +150 Core Clock.

I am very very rarely getting recoverable GPU Crashes, and averaging around 1% rejected shares. Is reducing my rejected shares towards 0 worth losing 0.5-1.5MH? I haven't gone through this process yet, just curious what the consensus will be. I've been mining with these conditions for about 3 months, and haven't had any hard crashes or lock ups.
