Drop in my hash rate

Hello everyone,

I'm still new to mining and mostly found everything I know from Reddit. Before the ravencoin halving, I was getting around 22 to 23 MH/s now after the halving I'm only getting around 12 to 16 MH/s. Is this normal or did I mess something up? any help

I have a 2070 super (power 70% core +100 mem +0)
