Best platform for crypto trading

I’ve been hodling for some time now but I want to dip my toes in crypto trading. I’ve been looking into Binance, but I’ve seen a lot of bad stuff about them and it’s kind of discouraging. It would be great if the platform does not need KYC (or if there’s a way around that) because it makes me anxious placing my personal information in these platforms. I just want to start trading on a small scale to help myself understand how all these works.

P.S.: I live in the US btw but I’m currently in Vietnam.
