How to verify message hash shown on ledger when signing with Metamask

When signing a message with Metamask, the ethereum app on ledger only shows some "message hash" instead the actual message that is going to be signed. This makes me feel uncomfortable sometimes.

Anyone knows how I can verify that the hash shown on my ledger is actually generated from the message shown to me by Metamask?
