Identity verification issues when trying to buy ETH to layer 2 zkSync on Argent?

Hey,

I want to buy ETH on layer 2, and Argent seems really handy at doing it, however, it requires identity verification using Ramp. I've followed the instructions, haven't gotten an update in days, tried multiple times.

I really just wanna stake my ether, but I've got all of my current ether on layer 1, and the gas fee is terrible. Im hoping to buy some on layer 2 and stake them, then move my existing wallet to layer 2 when gas fee drops a bit.

Has anyone else had issues with Argent and/or Ramp, and how did you solve your issues if you had any?
