Where can I see how many wallets spent above a threshold in gas?

So recently in coin bureau's video https://youtu.be/py8IDJrcsfw?t=483 he says that 600k wallets have spent more than $1500 in gas. I'm curious about this statistic and wish to know where he got it and where I can look more into it.
