Beware, a potential scam via @vitalik.eth Instagram account. Please report

Instagram showed me a targeted ad for vitalik.eth account. Several days after following it now there is a story posted which points to a website that looks a lot like a scam. Please be careful and report the account if you also think it is suspicious before more people get trapped.
