Setting up the gas limit for a new ERC-20 token!!

I'm about to deploy an ERC-20 in the network, let's assume that the total supply is 10 million:

1. What is the ideal gas limit I should set for the token?
2. How can I know the required amount of gas(fee) I'm going to pay to the network for uploading the smart contract?
