2x 1660ti OR 3060ti LHR OR 3070 LHR?

Hi, I have a question on whether should I get 3060ti or 2 x 1660ti? I noticed their hash rate on kawpow is about the same, but I noticed the power consumption for 2x 1660ti is lower. Lower power consumption means gaining more indirectly, right? Should I get double 1660ti or 3060ti? Or should I get 3070?
