What is your plan for your crypto if you die/are incapacitated?

When I'm trying to fall asleep, naturally my brain goes to dark places. If I died or was in a coma, there'd be a whole pool of assets my wife would need access to. And even though she's a smart lady, crypto would be a whole universe she'd need to figure out to do so; it took me a year to get here, so how do I make that easy for her? First issue is even just terminology – exchanges, defi, etc. Second, how do I get her access to all the exchanges I use – at least 5 – but then I have to get her access to my OTP authenticators. Then on top of that, how do I explain tinyman/YLDY and things like using my Ledger?

How have people handled this? Do folks just have step by step instructions they leave for their family? Are your seed phrases easily accessible and do your loved ones even know what to do with them?

Edit 1: to rephrase/fix typos.

Edit 2: to clarify I’m asking how to make this easy for someone that hasn’t spent a year figuring out the ins and outs of crypto.
