Guys my 1660 super is acting CRAZY ! HELP !!!

So I got this used 1660 super which has like 1.5 years warranty left , so it was used for 1.5 years I guess , so I have connected my display HDMI cable to this card It's crashing all the time This particular card the OC , memory can't go above +950 and core of +100 If it goes beyond these it just crashes Also the power limit can only be lowered minimum to 56 only

So this card it keeps steady sometimes at 31 mh and then after like 2 hours just comes down to 26 and the OC settings though applied in afterburner seems to have failed and this thing is doing it's own thing at 26mh and 110watts and all at high temps also

And then when I try to reapply the settings , a grey screen comes and the screen just goes dark and it doesnt come on , then I have to do a hard reset to get it going again at which it might do the same thing , and after so many times if am lucky it might come back normal again

At that time my afterburner settings for most cards seem to have defaulted and also this ones saved settings just vanishes

Obviously it's a bad silicone card

But why crashing all the time and giving all these troubles to me ?

Is there a fix to this ? Please do help
