What’s with the dips after dips?

I’ve been holding for nearly a year and will continue to hold for another few years at least, but every now and again I need to cash in so I can pay bills etc. (as I can’t work at the moment)

Most of my portfolio is in ETH and LRC with a tiny bit scattered around other coins, what’s with the constant dips?
