Need help with a hacked account

I have two pending transactions, both from almost 5 months ago. I was stupid and went on a bad site to give my personal phrase. Now a hacker has a bot and any transactions that go into that account are automatically transferred to their account.

I was hoping things may have changed, and I'm able to find a safer way to proceed with this transaction into a safe account. The amount isn't a lot, but with new transaction methods, I thought I'd take another shot.

Any advice from anyone that may be able to help?
