Is it ok to use the 2nd PCIE cable written CPU on it to power a riser/GPU ?

So I have a 1000watt PSU And it has 2 PCIE cables with CPU written on it I used one and I ran out of pcie cables to power my GPUs , so can I Use this PCIE cable with CPU written on it The second CPU cable ?
