Scam coins

I checked my MM address on etherscan today, and I saw that have have 2 scam tokens in there. Obviously I won't be adding them to my wallet, but is there a way to get rid of them? And what is the most likely cause for them to get there? I don't go on any dodgy sites etc, and any links entered into MM browser are taken from discord or Coingecko.
