ERC 20 coin stuck in wallet. Paid hundreds in failed transaction fees. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Keep getting a failed reverted transaction every time I try to send. I’ve triple checked addresses and I have no clue what’s going on. I can’t afford to keep paying failed transaction fees so I came here for help.
