Which wallet to stake

Which wallet do you guys recommend using to stake eth. Been holding for a while but have been reluctant to stake but finally decided in holding for the next few years so gonna bit the bullet.

I'm looking at guarda and my eth is currently on an exchange so want to get it off there

Can I expect massive fees to transfer the eth, should I stake on exchange, any tips etc
