Where to find liquidity on L2 dApps?

I'm thinking of moving my ETH to an L2 and transacting there, but I can't seem to find any statistics about liquidity and TVL on L2 dApps. Without knowing there is liquidity on these platforms how am I supposed to know what I can currently use them for?

For instance, I'm thinking of using Aave on Polygon to put down collateral and take out a loan to use the proceeds in trading. But if there is barely any liquidity on Polygon, or not many trading options, it kind of defeats the purpose.

Is there a resource where I can easily see this information?
