Nano ledger moving all to one place

Hi all,

So I've recently got a Nano X to store my ETH but as silly me as I've hopped around exchanges I've got my the on 3 different exchanges I'm here to ask what would be the best way to move it all to my cold wallet for the lowest fees?

should I change it all to another token than can you link it to say Keplr or Metamask and convert it back to ETH?
