Where to start learning about Ethereum and crypto in general?

I have a very very shallow, surface-level understanding of cryptocurrencies and sometimes reading through this sub makes me feel like a complete idiot because I can't understand the majority of abbreviations and don't know what's happening. Just a few examples: nodes, staking? rETH? gas fees? I feel overwhelmed by the intangibility of these terms and I'd wish there was a space where I could learn about the Ethereum ecosystem step-by-step as a complete noob. What educational resources do you guys recommend I check out as a complete newcomer to this space? Books, media, websites, etc. – any source of information is appreciated to help get me started.
