What’s the best way to learn about web3 react builds (specifically NFT mint pages)?

I'm trying to build an NFT mint landing page in React, but I'm having trouble wrapping my head around everything. How can I test minting a contract? Does testing a contract effect what you can mint in production? Any great tutorials on testing/building NFT minting pages?
