Is there an easier/cheaper way to transfer USDC instead of using ERC20?

Disclaimer: I have no idea what I'm doing.

I cashed out some NFTs as USDC to a Guarda wallet, but didn't realize Guarda can't then convert to fiat, so I am trying to transfer over to Coinbase. It's not a lot of money – $65.

I tried to transfer on 11/26 at the minimum fee (1 GWei), and that transaction is still not showing up anywhere (Hash: 0x40c8544f5f08179fd8ff81302efcfc69fef2010f447965c7609bc3046e8964cd). I thought maybe the minimum fee would just take too long, so I thought to override the transaction with a higher gas price (40 GWei) on 11/28, but that transaction is also refusing to show up (Hash: 0x81e039eea83a0b39c920f626c4e8fcf9509ff3fe49692a1ecea012029dff0e46).

What am I doing wrong here? Just trying to cash out my $65, and even spending $13 in fees it is still taking forever.
