ENS vs Unstoppable Domains

So can anyone explain to me like I’m 5, what the difference is between these two? And could I technically use my Unstoppable Domain from an exchange for example, say on KuCoin, and withdraw 1 ETH to my dude.crypto address? I know that’s kind of the idea but does it actually work?
