Scam or gem!

The website in question is called Housecoin.net and offers DeFi on BTC, ETH, USDT and other coin. The returns are above 200% APY and over based on locked staking and minimum amounts.

First thing that is off is the high returns compared to other more well-known defi protocols.

Second the website is clunky and sketchy. Seems that a successful website that offers defi and crypto exchange would put more effort.

Third: not a lot of information can be found when searching the Internet and even reddit. Everything is on reddit and i can't find anyone talking about the site. There is a French crypto exchange CoinHouse with a similar name as well.

Pretty sure it is a scam but there is this 1% chance that it might be a gem. Hope that the reddit army will dig more.
