Can’t access my portfolio

hello everyone,

i always used electrum wallet and chaintek wallet paired with my ledger nano s and i never occurred in any problems, this morning i started up ledger live and i saw that there was an update for the btc and ravencoin app, i updated them and now it seems that neither electrum and chaintek can't link to my ledger and i can't acces to my funds, did anyone else experience the same thing ?

also i have to say that i have no problems sending and recieving btc, eth and other coins through ledger live so i don't think the ledger is corrupted.
