Can I move my coins within Optimism enabled websites?

I'm new to Ethereum L2s, but looking at the number of sites below using ZK Rollups or Optimistic Rollups, Looks like it is the future. My question: Can I move my tokens between different sites on the same rollup technology? For eg. Both dYdX and Loopring use ZK Rollup. Can I move my tokens from dYdX to Loopring seamlessly? Same for DeversiFi and ImmutableX – Do they work together since both are on Validum ? Sorry if this is a stupid question but it would be great if someone can explain why we can't.
