Hash rate dropping after 1 day mining.

Been mining with my 3070 LHR for 24 hrs, getting 30 MH/s constantly. Just hit my 24 hr make of my rig running and I'm now sub 20 MH/s.

Looking at T Rex I just noticed my watts dropped from 155w to 105w without changing any settings. Temps low 50's for GPU and under 70 for hotspot
