Am I missing out on free tokens or nft’s or anything?

I don't totally keep up with the latest tokens and trends, but I've had some eth sitting in a wallet for almost 5 years now and haven't touched anything or looked at anything.

Am I missing out on so called "airdrops" or any other worthwhile things I could be looking to take advantage of?
