question about tax

Hey there,

quick question about taxing crypto: Im investing since 3 years didnt cash out any and therefore didnt pay any taxes yet. if I cash out at some point will I have to pay extra taxes as I didnt tax my profits every year? or just the ~30% thats normal for my country?
