Stacking ETH 2.0 basics for a noob?

Please point me to a previous post if I missed it. I don’t know much about staking but have a decent amount of ETH that I plan on keeping for years.

What is the best place for staking? What are the risks with staking? If I plan on hodling for a while, am I safe to just stake everything I got?

I currently staked half my ETH with Coinbase and getting 4.5% return.
