Is the Ethereum name service airdrop legit?

Hello everyone, I have just seen that ENS is doing an airdrop to all of the people who own a domain. Before I collect the airdrop I just want to see if anyone else has got it. I want to be sure its real because I don't want to spend $200 on gas for nothing. Also, I just want to clarify that you actually get the token and it's not just for voting.
