Hashrate drops frequently

I recently started mining maybe a week ago and for the first few days I was getting consistent 28-32 mh. Now however I barely get over 30 except for maybe a few minutes where it spikes to close to 40 and then instantly drops to 15-20. More recently though it dropped down to as low as 3mh. Most of the time my hashrate is currently about 24 or 25 mh. Any idea what could be going on?

I'm mining on a 2080super btw.
