2miners NANO payout to RVN question

So, I get the idea of using 2miners to get paid out in nano to avoid the gas fees and for a ~230Mh rig like myself the higher gas prices made me want to switch back solely to RVN, but this new payout structure is interesting to save some power.

However, I was wondering what you all are using to convert the NANO into RVN. I've been using Hotbit for my eth payouts and convert it to RVN there, however neither Hotbit or Kraken seem to have both Nano and RVN on their exchange.

So yeah. What are you all doin? Or should I just say screw it and support the RVN network?
