Which network type to use when sending ETH from binance to MEW please?

We are given three choices when trying to send a small amount of ethereum from binance wallet to myetherwallet.

BEP2, BEP20 OR ERC20?

Which is the correct one to use please? We sent a small token amount using ERC20 and the funds came through OK. Just want to check this is the correct method before we send more?
