Would you reckon it’s worth dumping 2K into ETH atm?

I'm 18 so I have a lot of leeway here, losing the $2k would hurt a little bit but it wouldn't be the end of the world at all. Due to the scalability and variance that ETH provides, atleast from what I've heard, I believe this would be a good coin to invest in, but I was wondering how much you think it'll go up from its current price and if reaching 10K by mid 2022 would be achievable?
