I have a customer that wants to pay me in either ETH or LTC. What are the transaction fees for $600 on each?

I've never bought or traded either of these coins and the calculation for ETH is confusing. I probably won't need it again so I figured I'd ask here. Thanks to anyone that can answer this for me.
