Donating ETH to charity on a recurring basis. Does a dapp/contract exist for this?

I'm hoping somebody here can help me. If there's a more relevant sub please let me know. Perhaps this already exists and I haven't found it, or perhaps it's just a fun idea that somebody smarter than me can work on. For this example I'm based in the US but it can be applied globally.

What I'd like to do: recurring donations to charity using crypto. Let's assume the charity accepts crypto and I have a receive address. I want to donate monthly without having to manually do it. I want to donate ETH or anything else, but the amount should be equivalent $10 USD. So a month ago maybe it was 0.01 ETH and today it's 0.05 ETH (just making up the numbers), but both are equal to $10 USD each month at the time of donation. Since I the user need to initiate transactions but I don't want to do it monthly, perhaps I can send $120 USD worth of crypto once per year to a smart contract, and then the dapp/contract can distribute monthly. If possible, could it donate more during bull runs? I have so many further ideas around this!

Why? First off, anybody who can should donate to a worthwhile charity. But there are tax benefits too; specifically it's not taxable, so the charity gets more and you get to give more without government in the middle. Additionally, most donations qualify as a deduction on your taxable income. Win win! Charities also prefer monthly donations, since it gives the charity a steadier cash flow that they can plan around. Lastly, and this is obvious but important…the easier it is to donate, the more people will donate. I think there are good people in the crypto community who would gladly give monthly if it's convenient enough. Especially if you've made significant gains and would like to give back. I think it would give the crypto community some positive PR as well.

Personally, I have a few small recurring donations each month to my favorite charities, but I'm doing it in fiat because it's easy. I'd like to instead use gains from crypto to donate.
