Do I need to update the address every 7 days?

Hello, raven + mining noob here.

So I started mining raven, and decided to first store it in the Electrum wallet. I also have a Ledger, but I saw a warning of possible complications with transferring mining pay straight into ledger. (something about needing to make sure pay is sporadic?) Anyways, when I created an address to my Electrum wallet, I had to decide the expiration time of the address, and was wondering if I need to update it once a week or if it keeps sending the raven into the right address?

Also, how do I do the sporadic thing to get the loot straight into my Ledger?
