Multi-Sig ETH Wallets Without Smart Contract Risk?

The Parity multi-sig wallet hack showed us adding a smart contract to give on chain multi-sig functionality only lead to another security hole.

The "most trusted" multi-sig wallet on etherum.org too has the smart contract additional attack vector.

Are there any good non-smart contract multi-sig ETH wallets that don't introduce a smart contract attack vector?
