Assets with Physical Components

Let's say I want to create NFTs from some physical sketches and there are two ways I'm thinking of going about it:

1. Scan the artwork as a digital file, create the NFT, burn the original. Sell the NFT.
2. Scan the artwork as a digital file, create the NFT, sell the original sketch with the NFT and ship it to the buyer.

My instinct tells me that #1 is the better option because it's less hassle, but two questions arise:

1. Would people prefer to have the original copy of the artwork in addition to the NFT? If so, how much? Would they pay a 10% higher price? 200%?
2. What platforms (if any) support selling both an NFT and physical object in one transaction? (note: I am a n00b and have not created or sold an NFT before).
