Holding Ethereum ETF in TFSA

I'm in Canada and I'm holding my Eth in a TFSA (Tax Free Savings Account). Fees are fairly hefty with 3iQ, at 1% , does it make sense to ever move my fiat from my TFSA into owning the original coin for staking and such? I haven't worked the math.

I mean, I can always wait for eth to go to 100k tax free then diversify…
