Soooo….. why the hell does it keep dropping to zero? What am I doing wrong?

It's an AMD RX550 4gb. I had problems about a month ago setting another one up and got great help from this reddit. But AMD is just pissing me off. I have little experience with AMD and use only 2 other AMDs and it was a struggle there too. I have 32 Nvidia cards of mining experience.
