How long does rvNFT take to send your nft out

I bought a nft 3 hours ago and I paid immediately and I had it within 30 minutes but I bought another one and I paid and nothing has happened yet it's just telling me the order is processing but the wallet told me the funds were sent should I just wait till tomorrow?
