Ethereum Transfer Fees

Hi, I’m looking at transferring my Ethereum from Coinbase to Kraken, so I can stake it. I have previewed the transfer and it has no network fee, and no Coinbase fee. Am I correct in thinking that there’s no charge at all for sending Ethereum from one exchange to another? Or does the receiving exchange charge a fee?
