Unable to delete Coinmarketcap account. WTH??? Lets fight back!

I have emailed support and they are not responding. There is no functionality whatsoever to delete my account. Absolutely fuming. Been getting a ton of dodgey emails lately and it all makes sense why.

Can I seek legal action against CMC for not providing deleting functionality?
