Why won’t my Raven Core update?

This is the most infuriating thing. I can run it for hours at a time, and it'll make literally zero progress. I had to keep my PC running for almost an entire day to "catch up" a few weeks ago, but ever since then it won't budge a bit. Are there any measures I can take? Should I turn off my Windows protection?
